Thank you for shopping with I Love Jesus Clothing Co. We want you to be completely satisfied with your faith-based apparel and merchandise. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. General Returns (Unopened Items)

  • Return Window: You may return eligible items within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be completely unopened, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting Window: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must notify us and provide proof (such as clear photographs of the damage) within 24 hours of the shipper's confirmed delivery time.

  • Store-Paid Shipping: Eligible returns for verified damaged items will be processed at the store's expense, and a prepaid return label will be provided.

  • Resolution Options: Once the damage is proven and reviewed within the 24-hour window, you may choose between:

    1. An exchange for the same item (subject to availability).

    2. A full refund of the purchase price back to your original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, including:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

  • Opened or used apparel/merchandise (outside of verified transit damage).

  • Requests made outside of the specified return windows (14 days for unopened items, 24 hours for damaged items).

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or report a damaged item, please reach out to our customer support team through our contact page with your order number, details of the item, and photos if reporting damage. Do not send your purchase back until your return request has been reviewed and approved.
